Resistência de Spodoptera frugiperda Smith aos inseticidas fipronil, permetrina, lufenuron e metomil

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar a linha básica de resistência Spodoptera frugiperda (Smith) aos inseticidas fipronil, lufenuron, permetrina e metomil, por meio bioensaios suscetibilidade pressão seleção em populações laboratório. trabalho realizado nos laboratórios Entomologia da Faculdade Ciências Agrícolas Universidade Técnica Babahoyo, localizada no km 7,5 estrada Babahoyo-Montalvo. Quatro foram pesquisados três réplicas. método aplicação tórax larvas terceiro instar soluções cada inseticida usado um total 96 horas. Foram usadas oito dez concentrações para inseticida, variando 0,0 10 ug/larva, respectivamente. Além disso, avaliada resposta grupo (controle) apenas com alimentação. A realizada uma geração. Concluiu-se que dose letal média dos fipronil 1,29762, 0,864843, 1,87362 2,39809, DL50 variou 2,1 vezes comercial. Os altos níveis controle indicam as ainda não têm mecanismos esses e, portanto, são úteis implementação estratégias gerenciamento S. frugiperda.
